Client Case Studies

Medeleq Case Study:

Brief:

Medeleq Pty Ltd was founded in 1980 with the main objective of supplying Medical Electronic Equipment to Hospitals and Allied Professionals in Australia. Medeleq offers over 15,000 product lines, dealing with B2B as well as direct to consumer. They were in need of an all-in-one management system to help them streamline their business operations. From sales and inventory management to finance and customer services management

Solution:

We performed a CRM needs analysis to map out their businesses processes and integrated Zoho CRM into their workflow. Concurrently we rebuilt their pre-existing website using WordPress software. WordPress software is continually being improved which allows Medeleq to continue to grow as technology advances. The WordPress software also had the capabilities to integrate all of Medeleq’s 15,000+ product lines from Zoho Inventory through a reliable WooCommerce plugin. We optimised the site for Search Engines with an onsite SEO technique which included keyword research, competitor analysis and implementation of meta data.

Outcome:

Medeleq Pty was a very stimulating project. We integrated Zoho Inventory through WooCommerce to create a seamless process. Meaning that any updates made to stock counts, product prices etc, automatically reflected on both their records and their website. This includes entering manual changes, as well as changes made through sales, stock counting, invoices and billing. Although we encountered some difficulties the end result was a completely seamless process from administration and finance to marketing and inventory management.

Web Developer Sydney Brisbane

Fragram Tools Client Case Study:

Brief:

The client had contracted a local developer to rebuild their website. After 12 month there were still many things to fix and the developer’s inaction was frustrating the client and they were disappointed with the look of the site. Also, the site was taking over 1 minute to load so it was painfully slow and cumbersome which were turning prospective customers away.

Solution:

Rather than fix a broken site, we agreed on redeveloping the site from scratch. We redesigned the look to a clean more modern style.

We used our own theme architecture then customised the design, optimised the site for search engines then secured the site to minimise hacking.

Outcome:

The site was ready for the 1st revision within 3 weeks then live by the 4th week. It is quick to load and the client is ecstatic with the end results.
