Raiane hails from Brazil but don’t let that stop you from communicating with her as she has not only mastered Branding & Graphic Design, but also the English language so communication with her is a breeze.
She has worked as a graphic designer heavily in the prepress, printing and signage industry both here and in her native Brazil so she is a great asset to our new graphic design & printing division.

I am a graphic designer at Visual Marketing Australia.
How long have you worked at VMA Group?
I began my new position in October, but I have had a graphic design and prepress background for more than 10 years.
What does your job entail?
I create branding and visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and fascinate consumers, developing the overall layout and production plan for commercial applications such as advertising, brochures, magazines, websites or reports. I also assist and support the VMA team .
What is a typical day like?
The day could consist of anything from new business leads to printing rubber duckies.
Favourite memory from work?
When I can meet customer expectations by transforming their ideas into reality.
What do you like most about your job?
What I really enjoy about my job is that there are no boundaries for creative ideas.
Where are you from?
I am originally from Brazil.
Where did you go to school?
My earlier schooling was in Brazil. While I have been doing graphic design for 10 years now, I am also finishing my Diploma Course in Graphic Design at Australian Pacific College to qualify myself here as well and to pick up other design ideas and methodologies to incorporate into my style.
What do you like to do when you aren't working?
I like to spend time outdoors going to the beach, park or some adventure.
What is your favourite sports team?
While I am not a big fan of sports, I do barrack for any Brazilian team that is playing....
What is your favourite book or movie?
I love the seven fantasy novels of Harry Potter. A designer's mind is filled with a lot of fiction and fantasy, bringing to life what many think is impossible.
What's a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I have a degree in Biology. Not many people know the reason I studied Biology instead of Graphic design and the reason is that I love nature and animals.
