I am the Marketing Manager and strategist at Visual Marketing Australia.

How long have you worked at VMA?

I commenced my tenure at Visual Marketing Australia in March 2023, building upon a substantial background in marketing dating back to 2017.

What does your job entail?

My role involves overseeing marketing operations, maintaining client relationships, disseminating monthly marketing reports, managing ongoing and incoming projects, supervising marketing personnel, providing regular instructions, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to planned objectives and timelines.

In simpler terms, I manage marketing activities, work with clients, send out monthly reports, oversee projects, lead the marketing team, provide guidance on a regular basis, create schedules, and ensure that everything is running as planned and on time.

What is a typical day like?

Commencing at 8:00 AM, my typical workday initiates with a comprehensive review of messages, emails, and voicemail, wherein I diligently record pertinent details for future follow-up. Subsequently, I engage in daily marketing oversight encompassing Pay-PerClick, SEO, and Social Media activities, meticulously documenting any actions necessitating my attention.Following this, I offer a succinct marketing status update to our CEO, highlighting the current state of our projects. Subsequent interactions involve briefing my team on their priority projects, and the remainder of my day is dedicated to meetings, data management, market research, and, presently, content creation responsibilities.In essence, my daily routine revolves around the coordination and monitoring of various facets within our marketing operations, ensuring smooth and efficient proceedings.

Open communication with the CEO. I can give feedback and suggestions on how to improve things for both us and our clients.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

Outside my professional commitments, I greatly value quality time with my family, particularly my two sons, whom we often take to the mall to enjoy arcade games. Additionally, we regularly explore various restaurants and dining establishments. In my personal moments of relaxation, I indulge in a well-deserved massage. In simpler terms, when I'm not working, I cherish family moments, dining adventures, and some personal pampering with massages.
