Rhiannon is the Administration at VMA Promotional Products and the primary liaison between our clients and the Promotional team. She ensures smooth communication, manages client expectations, handles order coordination, resolves issues, and oversees the delivery process to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Her role also involves improving client retention, gathering feedback, and supporting the team in creating a seamless customer experience.

With over eight years of experience in various customer service roles, Rhiannon brings a strong understanding of client needs and a natural ability to build lasting relationships. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, equipping her with valuable insight into human behaviour and communication—skills she uses daily to create positive, solutions-focused interactions.
