What does your job entail?
Assist in developing new business, service and grow existing accounts, meet or exceed customer expectations and to provide support to the business and client alike on matters related to the following areas:
What is a typical day like?
Follow the existing systemised procedures including keeping our CRM up to date with Leads/Calls/Events/Tasks and other data. As well, assist in the updating and/or formulation of new Policies and Procedures as required. Answer customer enquiries and help them source their required promotional product and assist with orders, follow ups and shipments to clients.

So far, diving into the deep end with a new challenge!
What do you like most about your job?
I really like the fact that I’m upskilling in new areas, as well as the autonomy that’s given plus you never know what the day has instore.
Where are you from?
I grew up in Airlie Beach in North Queensland. However, have both a Canadian and Italian background.
Where did you go to school?
St Catherine’s Catholic College, Proserpine.
What do you like to do when you aren't working?
Exercise (gym or walk), paint, go to the beach, hang out with friends, and drinking wine.

What's a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I hold a world record for open water swimming, of which is recognised in the International Swimming Hall of Fame in California.
