We are experiencing issues sending emails to all Microsoft inboxes including: Hotmail, Outlook and Office 365

This is due to an IP block on our IP range. While we have an very good reputation overall, others within the block do not, hence 65,000+ other IP addresses are affected.

We are working closely with our server provider and have requested our IP addresses to be de-listed from Microsoft - it does take some time. We hope to have these issues resolved over the weekend.
