Managing and supporting our clients’ accounts on a daily basis and collaborating with the team.

Monitoring the emails, support tickets and following up with customers and communicating with the team.

Helping clients achieve their best results and completing the tasks while challenging myself.

Where did you go to school?
My undergraduate degree in International Business was obtained in Taiwan, and I will complete my master's degree at Australian National University in 2023.
What do you like to do when you aren't working?
I enjoy a sweaty workout and preparing a high-protein healthy meal for myself.
What is your favourite sports team?
While I am not a big fan of sports, if you ask me who is my favourite sport team or player, I would say Cristiano Ronaldo because he has a very attractive face.
What is your favourite book or movie?
'Women Who Work' is an excellent book by Ivanka Trump about creating a life and career with passion and happiness in an efficient and effective manner.
What's a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I am a BIG fan of ASMR especially in mukbang and juicy pimple popping.
